Individual Coaching provides a safe space to share your challenges, gain expert advice and learn to accept all of yourself. Within this process, we learn how to express ourselves more naturally, gaining confidence and self-awareness in the process and it will be tailored to your needs. This package allows for the beginning of the unravelling in 3 x 45mins sessions. How does it work? Click on the "book now" button and this will take you to a calendar where you can book a time a date for your first session. If you cannot find a time or date that works for you, contact us and we can arrange something special for you. Once you've booked and paid for your package we will send you an intake form to complete and contact you to get you prepared for your first session. We will book a time and date for your follow-up sessions together during the first session.
