NO REFUND FOR CHANGE OF MIND
Tickets & Memberships are transferrable to another user if they are verified over 18, and when the transfer is completed prior to the commencement of the event.

PCVR is recommended for the smoothest experience in VR (Oculus Link or Air Link / HTC or Valve running on Steam).

There are no ticket refunds for wifi/technical/join issues you (the user) may have at the event or with interacting with MRE Wearables. 

VenusSX Productions takes ZERO responsibility for Oculus or VR errors, dropouts or glitches that may interfere with your attendance at the event. 

In the event of VenusSX (the organiser) cancelling or rescheduling the event, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or ticket/membership transferral to the next VenusSX event.
